Просто великолепно Один из ресторанов отеля - Тора-Тора, бразильский. Бешенные цены, неадекватный пероснал (перепутали все блюда, принесли не все заказанное и даже не извинились, при том, что хостес русскоговорящий). Практически все 1 и 2-х местное заселение - до 15 этажа. Выше вид очень красив, но там аппартаменты или многоместные номера. Дорого, но красиво | 9.6 |

Хороший отель за умеренные деньги.. для пляжного отдыха не очень подходит... если нужен только пляж.. стоит смотреть Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort and Spa... большая зеленая территория... находится на первой линии.. хотя... постояльцы отеля Grosvenor House имеют доступ к отелю Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort and Spa... каждые 15 минут ходят отельные микроавтобусы... размещаясь в отеле Grosvenor House берите номер с большой открытой террасой и видом на залив.. впечатлений море)) я жил на 29 этаже... Непонятная система с оплатой проживания: перед заселением блокируется сумма за проживание на банковской карте, после выселения списывается полная сумма за проживание и дополнительные услуги. При этом первая сумма так и не разблокирована, хотя прошло уже 5 дней с момента окончательного расчёта. |

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the one room apartment we stayed in. It was very comfortable. The Retreat spa centre has very good service and massage. The pool in the Grosvenor Hause has perfect water temperature. The hotel also provides access to Le Royal Meridiene private beach and pools and restaurants. It is a very nice complex, perfect for relaxing on the beach or pool and all sorts of sports. Location is good as the beach is very close, as well as the Dubai Marina walk. The hotel organizes every day shuttle buses to and back to the Emirates Mall and the Dubai Mall. In walking distance there is also the Dubai Marina Mall. The flower shop on the corner of Tower 1 has very nice bouques of flowers at reasonable prices. There is also a pharmacy "The Ideal pharmacy" that has very high prices. The Internet speed both wireless and cable were very slow. It is best to use the "do not disturb" switch on as they do ring the door for different things very often. |

Absolutely stunning hotel. Only note is that there was a disparity between the level of services and room offerings between tower 1 and tower 2. Tower 1 was absolutely faultless and we were able use the facilities at tower 2 but for an even more superior experience, I would recommend staying at tower 2. The food at Level 5 lounge was superb and B/Attitude spa was pure luxury. Worth noting is also the access to Meridien hotel's beach and pool area. Families with children felt welcome, also at the hotel restaurants, and at the lounge there was a separate area for children. |

We stayed in Tower 2 ,ideal for families with kids ,this is a serviced apartment not a hotel but quite comfortable and about 150-200 sqm Staff are very welcoming and hotel is quite nice Due to the fact that this is a serviced apartment ,you miss some of the luxury Grosvenor House is known for in terms of finishing inside the rooms and the overall atmosphere |

This hotel is worth all the hype. We just spent a weekend there with my wife. We were totally ready for a weekend relaxing in luxury....and that is exactly what we got. We visited three of the hotel's restaurants.... the Ottamans, great food and stunning view. I would recommend Budda Bar is a MUST to visit. We stayed at the club room of the hotel, although I booked a deluxe room and it was just perfect. The hotel itself is really beautiful. Very tastefully designed. |

A luxurious hotel, superb facilities, spacious, comfortable rooms with latest technology .Amazing views over the marina & surrounding high rise buildings especially when lit up at night..stunning..!! All the staff at the Grosvenor House are exceptionally courteous, friendly, & attentive& personal, there to help you enjoy your stay in any way they can..The use of the fabulous beach & pool at the sister hotel was so relaxing . We had a wonderful & special time celebrating a special occasion & would definately return to this amazing hotel.... |

staff were friendly and helpful, I liked their reception concept while checking-in I believe I can find better option with the money I paid ! It took them around 45 minutes to find me king size bed as per my booking notes, after I insisted ! |

The design of the hotel is very luxurious and well done. The many lounges and cafes/restaurants is very accomodating. The Christmas decorations were also very nice for the season. The staff were always very friendly and professional. We had a problem with the bathroom shower which we reported. The water from the shower leaked onto the main bathroom floor. Someone came and looked at it, but was not able to fix it. The problem recurred then during the entire stay. |

Grosvenor House is by far one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in! Servive is outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. Check-in was fast, smooth,friendly and polite. Our room, located on the 29th floor, was very clean ,spacious and had breathtaking views of the marina, the Atlantis and Burg Arab. Extra comfortable beds and pillows. Grosvenor House staff are very professional. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Grosvenor house has great facilites,from bars &restaurants to wellness and spa. Access to the Meridien's beach and pools is definetly a major PLUS! I liked everything! Lets put it this way, when I come to Dubai I will not even think twice about staying at any other hotel than the GrosvenorHouse OUTSTANDING !!!!! | 10 |

Grosvenor House staff will do everything possible to make you happy and satisfied there. If you are not happy they are not happy! That’s what Mr. Khalid, the duty manager told me over the phone~ During a business trip to attend several meetings in Dubai I spend the first week of December 2011 in Grosvenor House, located in Dubai Marina, about 25 Km away from down town. Without realizing the distance to downtown I booked this hotel based on good reviews via a third party (booking dot com). During check in I was upgraded to a 1 bed room apartment on 5th floor. Since the room was noisy and had no view, next day I was offered another apartment room on 39th floor by the day-duty manager Mr. Khalid. That room had an excellent view of the marina and was very private. Since all my meetings were in downtown, at the beginning, I was even thinking moving to another hotel near city. However, after one day I was convinced that this may be the best place to stay in Dubai. |

My wife and I were given an upgrade to a suite by the staff on reception which was fantastic. In fact all the staff were superb, very attentive without being intrusive. The hotel oozed class and distinction and in a city jammed full of luxury hotels, many of which we have enjoyed, Grosvenor House was the daddy! Even though we were only on the 8th floor, we looked down on all the others - metaphorically speaking, of course! The measure of how much one liked a hotel has to be whether you would go back. We're going back. | 10 |
